Loopora is a yarn and project tracking app for knitters and crocheters. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Loopora does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• No account or registration is required.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are included.
• No advertising identifiers are accessed.
• No data is sent to any server operated by us or any third party.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All information you enter — projects, yarn inventory, timers, counters — is stored locally on your device using an embedded database (Isar). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export a backup.

4. Backup and Export

You may export a backup file (JSON format) using your device's share sheet. Where that file is sent (email, cloud drive, etc.) is entirely your choice and under your control. Loopora has no access to those destinations.

5. Photos and Camera

If you add cover images, project photos, or pattern photos, the app can either read images from your photo library or capture new photos using your device's camera, with your permission. In both cases the images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.

6. Children's Privacy

Loopora does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
